• User Agreement
As an iBox subscriber you acknowledge that as this is a subscription service, usage of the software requires verification of subscription. As the software itself resides on your computer and not ours, we rely on an internet connection from your computer to our license server. Due to the nature of the internet, there may be times that the web site and license server are not accessible to you, and these circumstances may not be under our control.

Additionally, we make updates to iBox periodically through our service. As an iBox subscriber you agree to automatically receive these updates when available. While we make every effort to ensure that every update is smooth and does not introduce new problems, it is possible that changes we make cause problems for a portion of our users. We firmly believe that this system is better for us and our customers than providing optional upgrades, and allows us to provide much better service to our customers.

• Account Sharing Policy
Single accounts may be activated by up to 3 computers at the same time.

We are aware that some users have special cases. Be aware that this policy is in effect to protect us, not to inconvenience you. You may contact us to ask about your situation. The license server will be aware of multiple IP usage, and unreasonable sharers will be warned and/or banned with no refund. All warnings and bannings are done manually. We will not ban you without first contacting you, so long as your account is not being used very unreasonably.

• Product Use Agreement
You are permitted to use iBox for personal and non-commercial purposes only. The use of iBox for business or commercial purposes without a commercial license or the written permission from microtower.com, shall constitute a violation of the terms of service and may result in the account being banned with no refund. We will not ban you without first contacting you, so long as your account is not being used very unreasonably.

• Commercial Licensing*
microtower.com offers commerical licensing, which allows companies to use iBox in the workplace to maximize their efficiency and profitability. If your company provides services to gamers, why not take advantage of iBox to save time, drastically expand your capabilities, and lighten your workload? Commercial licensing creates a mutually advantageous relationship for all parties involved, particularly the end users, who can enjoy new and exciting services from companies who license iBox commercially.

*While iBox is in the Release Candidate state, iBox is free to use for all.
